Connect with your core power through five challenging rounds of strengthening exercises. Each round includes four intervals of 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off, with one minute of recovery. Moves include Bicycles, Leg Raises, Crunches, Dancing Bugs, Forearm Plank, and Plank Knee Taps with various isometric holds sprinkled in. This class previously aired on September 7, 2022.
