This mostly-seated class is an excellent introduction to breathwork and a great practice to return to for clarity and peace. Begin reciting Om Mantra three times, then slowly move through stretches like Half Lotus, side bends, and head circles to prepare for Vritti Pranayama and Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (breath techniques).
