Gradually build energy in a gentle yet strengthening way, moving through a sequence of seated, kneeling, and standing dynamic movements. Tap into your mind-body connection while practicing Low Lunge, Half Split, standing spinal twists with Breath of Fire, Alternate Nostril Breathing, and Savasana.
