Prepare your body for a powerful Compass Pose by strengthening (core and hips) and stretching (shoulders and hamstrings). Begin in Happy Baby and Boat Pose, and warm your body with Skandasana, Reverse Triangle, and Warrior II. Peak in Compass Pose, then cool down with supine twists.
