Develop your strength, flexibility, and mobility while moving through a flow that progresses to Hurdler’s Pose, allowing time to come into the arm balance with drills and repetition. Start with reclined stretches and core work, then practice Chaturanga Push Ups, strong standing postures, and Warrior III before peaking in Hurdler’s Pose.
