This mindful class blends Barre-inspired lower body moves, core work, and active stretches while encouraging you to connect with your breath and get the most out of your workout — modifications are offered to accommodate all levels. Exercises include Pliés, Lunges, Pyramid Pose, Oblique Twists, Low Lunge, and Crunches using props to enhance your mind-body connection. This class previously aired on September 1, 2022.
