This segment of the Glo Flow series focuses on moving your awareness inward to connect with your energetic body, creating a moving meditation. Alex’s Glo Flow classes are designed around repeated set sequences to build full-body heat. Expect strengthening elements, standing poses, arm balances, backbends, seated stretches, and Savasana.
