Sweat it all out! This quick and effective workout uses cardio bursts (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off) to release energy that no longer serves you. Start with a brief warmup, then work your entire body through Squats, Lunges, Push Ups, Side Plank, core exercises, Jumping Jacks, and Mountain Climbers.
