This Hatha practice moves steadily through various standing, seated, arm balancing, and inverted twist postures to unwind tension in your entire body, namely your spine and hips. Peak poses include Double Pigeon, Revolved Chair, Headstand with a twist, and Side Crow. Though comprehensive on its own, this practice would be great paired as a beginning sequence before forward- or back-bending sequences. This class previously aired on August 28, 2022.
