This all-encompassing, fierce Barre class moves from your upper body to your core to your lower body with focused exercises that strengthen and tone each area. Start with arm work like Lateral Raises and Bicep Curls, then Crunches, Donkey Kicks, and Lunges before finishing with a final core series. Add light hand weights to intensify your burn!
