This class is one-half strength circuit and one-half deep breath stretching. You’ll include a heavy dumbbell to challenge your muscles differently and bring your practice to a new level, but you can omit the weight and still get a great workout! Highlights include variations of Lunges and Squats, Bicep Curls, Hip Bridge, Runner’s Lunge, Half Pigeon, and Mermaid Stretch. This class previously aired on August 16, 2022.
