This practice blends relaxing Yin postures with some light Vinyasa flow elements to support your mind and heart to align. Use an even ratio of inhales to exhales, breathing into your heart and directing your thoughts toward gratitude to radiate good vibrations. Postures include supported Fish Pose, a Moon Salutation variation, Sleeping Swan, and Savasana.
