Reintroduce upper body mobility through the lens of recovery — use your shoulders in order to heal your shoulders. This Hatha practice offers many modifications to ensure you don’t exceed your threshold. Move gently through arm rotations, Warrior II, Goddess, and Eagle, then finish with Bridge and a supine twist.
