Feel the power of your breath in this heat-building class, practicing different patterns of Ujjayi breathing while you flow. Move steadily through Lunge, Side Plank, and Eagle, then peak in Full Splits and Forearm Stand (or Dolphin Pose) before cooling down with a hip-opener and breath meditation.
