This is the sixth of seven classes in Katie’s Chakra series, where each class focuses on one of the chakras, starting from the root and moving up. This practice encourages you to be less alignment-focused and flow more with your intuition, helping open your Third Eye (Ajna) Chakra and build trust in your gut.
