Stay consistent in your workout routine with this class that pushes you through a full-body workout and a few cardio bursts in a short amount of time. Start with core work, move into tricep and lower body moves, then finish with jumps. Highlights include a dancer’s ab series with Crunches, Mermaid pulses, Leg Lifts and Circles, and Plié jumps.
