This is the third of seven classes in Katie’s Chakra series, where each class focuses on one of the chakras, starting from the root and moving up. Blend movement, meditation, mudras, and affirmations based on qualities of the Solar Plexus Chakra — confidence, strength, and empowerment. Begin in meditation, then move through a strong sequence with lots of core work and twisting.
