This Kundalini practice encourages vital energy in your body to come alive and strengthen your heart with breathwork, mudras, and movement. Begin with dynamic Cat/Cow and Crescent Lunge, then practice Breath of Fire in Bow Pose, Squats, and Horse Pose. Finish with a two-part breath technique, feeling invigorated.
