This class is an homage to classical Hatha practice, using timed postures and a steady pace to focus on alignment while resetting your mind. Start in Down Dog and Cat/Cow, then move through Chair, various standing postures, and Revolved Half Moon before finishing in Seated Forward Bends and meditation.
