Work on strengthening your glutes and thighs (inner and outer) to build more muscular balance throughout your body. This high-intensity class uses props to focus on form and give your lower body a proper burn. Exercises include Wide to Narrow Squats, heel-lifted Pliés, Lateral Leg Raises, and Plank Pulls.
