Welcome to the first of four classes in Marc’s Ayurvedic-informed Dosha Balancing Series, which can benefit everyone by bringing alignment back to the body and helping re-stabilize inner systems. This Vinyasa class is structured to contain your Pitta fire with cooling pranayama and a gentle, slow flow with lots of twists.
