Use your breath to reach a new level in your practice. This class is inspired by the concept from Krishnamacharya, “Asana prepares us for pranayama, which prepares us for meditation.” Start with 10 minutes of breathwork, then flow through Sun Salutations and standing postures before finishing with Kapalabhati breath.
