A no-pressure, full-body workout that meets you where you're at to simply feel good. Build heat with exercise intervals that repeat three times each to challenge your muscles. Moves include Jumping Jacks, Lateral Lunge, Plié Squat with Shoulder Press, Mountain Climbers, and a finishing stretch. This class was previously aired on April 15, 2022.
