This Vinyasa class builds full-body strength for stable inversions and includes a workshop-esque Handstand sequence at a wall. Flow through Sun Salutations, then practice prop-assisted Forearm Balance and Headstand. Counter with backbends and hip-openers to finish. This class was previously aired on April 4, 2022. Props Required: wall space, 1 block, and 1 strap.
