Blend low-impact marches or a jog (your choice) into strengthening barre exercises for a well-rounded, full-body workout. Start with Pliés and standing Crunches, then power through a Plank series, classical ballet positions, Bridge work, and an ab series. This class was previously aired on March 22, 2022.
