Welcome to Day 11 of the Get to Know Glo Series. This series is just as much about getting to know our platform as it is about getting to know yourself. Use these classes as a way to set an intention for your day and to start building a practice that excites you to get on your mat. Sculpt and sweat in this class that maximizes your workout with a combination of full-body strength and an EMOM (every minute on the minute) cardio blast.
