Activate your entire muscle range with exercises that use your “Pilates box” to maximize balance, then target your abs using a Pilates ball. This class was previously aired on December 28, 2021. Props Required: 1 Pilates Ball, ankle weights, and a couch/chair/bench to mimic a Pilates box.
