A sweaty, high-intensity workout that blends yoga with cardio to establish more confidence in your strength and stamina for traditional yoga classes. Exercises include Sun Salutation variations with weights, a cardio series with Squats, Warrior II with strength modifications, and Jumping Jacks. Add a cool down class from our library to take after.
