Stabilize, sculpt, and strengthen your legs so you can feel more supported in your practice. Move through five challenging 5-minute circuits with a set of dumbbells (45 seconds on, 15 seconds of rest, and 1-minute of recovery). Exercises include Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, Shiva Squats, Skaters, and High Knees. Finish with a short cool-down. Props Required: 10-15 lb. dumbbells.
