This workout combines an arm-focused strength series with a full-body Tabata-style cardio sequence (20 seconds on and 10 seconds off). Sculpt and sweat through Lunges, Jacks, Side Plank, Bird Dog, and various arm exercises. This class was previously aired on January 4, 2022. Props Required: 5-10 lb. dumbbells.
