This Vinyasa class gets your body moving with a fundamental backbend flow. Begin with a warm-up sequence that includes Crescent Lunge Sun Salutation variations before peaking in full Wheel Pose and Flip Dog. Counter with side bends, hip work, and a seated stretch to finish.
