This energizing Hatha class practices opening your front body to encourage deeper backbends. Begin with a steady series of prone backbends including Cobra, Bow, and a Bridge variation. Learn to approach Half Frog and Full Frog with optional modifications. Finish with gentle forward bends and twists. This class was previously aired on September 9, 2021. Props Suggested: 2 blocks and a blanket.
