This rejuvenating Hatha practice encourages relaxation through movement, breathwork, and meditation. Begin with a grounding breathing technique before moving into a light flow including Supine Twist with Eagle Legs, Chair, Warrior III, and standing twists. Finish with a clarifying meditation.
