Begin with a lower body warm-up for your hamstrings and hips then get into the glute work. Move through a variety of Lunges, Deadlifts, and Squats for forward, backward, and lateral strength and mobility. This class was previously aired on September 13, 2021. Props Required: 10-20 lb. dumbbells and a resistance band.
