A fast-paced advanced HIIT class sure to get your heart pumping with full range movement and a core-burning sequence. Begin with dynamic stretches preparing to sweat through intervals of Lunges, Jumping Jacks, and Stationary Sprints, then move into Low Planks, Sit Ups, Bicycle Crunches, and Low Plank Crawls. Finish with a twist and stretch to unwind and cool down. This class was previously aired on September 3, 2021.
