Welcome to week five of our five-class Master Your Mind Series that empowers you to take control of your mind and experience the bliss of presence. Deepen your confidence in your mind-body practice through grounding poses and calming meditation. Begin with a strong Vinyasa flow including Flying Warrior, Crow, and Revolved Half Moon.
