This advanced Vinyasa focuses on the depth of movement in your shoulders with binds and twists woven throughout all postures in the practice. Fluidly connect to your breath through a challenging sequence including Runner’s Lunge, Pyramid, Extended Side Angle, and Triangle. Peak with Bird Of Paradise, Half Squat, Half Moon, and Hurdler before finishing with hip openers and deep seated stretches. This class was previously aired on August 27, 2021.
