This Hatha class is all about balance in order to feel grounded. Start with Alternate Nostril Breathing before moving into a slow sequence of hip-opening and strengthening asanas including Crescent Lunge, Extended Side Angle, Tree, and Tadasana with modifications to challenge stability. Finish with Bridge before settling into your body to start or finish your day feeling centered. This class was previously aired on August 26, 2021.
