This Hatha class is all about balance in order to feel grounded. Start with Alternate Nostril Breathing before moving into a slow sequence of hip-opening and strengthening asanas including Crescent Lunge, Extended Side Angle, Tree, and Tadasana with modifications to challenge stability.
