Welcome to week three of our five-class Master Your Mind Series that empowers you to take control of your mind and experience the bliss of presence. This slow Vinyasa practice aims to maximize your mind's potential with grounding and balancing poses. The steady flow includes Half Puppy Pose, Warrior II, Warrior III, Extended Side Angle, and Wheel.
