Begin with a short warm-up featuring Cobra into Camel then flow with added Push Ups and challenging core work. This progressive flow peaks with Wild Thing, Revolved Half Moon, Bird of Paradise, and Headstand. Finish with full-body stretches and Savasana. Props Required: 1 block.
