Alternate between three cardio blocks and three Pilates circuits in this mixed modality workout with props for that extra burn. Pilates work includes classic core-focused exercises, and cardio moves include variations of Squats, Knee Drives, and a fun boxing series. This class was previously aired on January 7, 2022. Props required: 1 Pilates ball and sliders. Props Suggested: 1-3 lb. hand weights.
