Feel a lower-body burn in a short amount of time with this low-impact Barre class, or increase the intensity with optional ankle weights. Start by warming up your core before moving into glute and hamstring work through a variety of Bends, Kicks, and Pulses. Finish your practice with a well-deserved stretch.
