Welcome to week two of our five-class Master Your Mind Series that empowers you to take control of your mind and experience the bliss of presence. This Hatha practice follows a gradual ladder flow which cultivates vitality through Low Lunge Sun Salutations. Woven throughout the sequence is a combination of twists, heart-openers, and balancing poses including Warrior III and Side Plank. Finish the practice with Breath of Fire and a seated meditation to leave you with a stronger mind-body connection. This class was previously streamed on August 11, 2021.
