This Hatha class focuses on three main poses to enhance your strength, mobility, and posture both on and off the mat. Begin with Table Top crunches and variations of Salabhasana (Locust Pose) and Malasana. Finish with a supine twist before ending in Savasana. This class puts the “Poses For Longevity Tutorial” into a practice. Props Required: 2 blocks.
