This sweaty, high-intensity fitness class is a combination of strength and cardio exercises in one circuit performed twice. Take the first round to get familiar with each exercise then pick up the tempo for round two to maximize your strength and endurance. This circuit includes Jumping Jacks, Tricep Dips, Donkey Kicks, Inch Worms to Push Ups, plus a core routine that targets your upper and mid abs as well as obliques.
