Strengthen your lower body with this Hatha class that focuses on stability in balancing postures. The playful sequence utilizes your block in peak poses including Extended Hand-To-Toe, Warrior III, and Wide-Legged Forward Bend. Use this practice to strengthen key areas for your practice such as your feet, ankles, legs, and hips. Props Required: 1 block.
