Use continuous movement and sustained focus on your breath to tap into your own meditative flow. Begin with alternate nostril breathing and a short meditation. Move through a steady but energizing standing sequence including Goddess Pose with Eagle Arms and Side Plank with Tree Pose variation. Finish with a short seated sequence to wind down your practice.
