This resistance band circuit strengthens and tones your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core. Perform three challenging circuits, each six-minutes in length—45 seconds of lower body work followed by 15 seconds of recovery. Push yourself to the end with a 90-second AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) finale and a short stretch. This class was previously streamed on August 2, 2021. Props Required: 1 resistance band.
