This cardio-strength combo class revs up your heart-rate and sculpts your muscles in four circuits repeated three times each. Each circuit features two strength exercises—Dumbbell Curls, Presses, Side Raises, and Reverse Flies—followed by two cardio moves. Think, Plank Jacks, Supermans, Russian Twists, and Lateral Lunges.
