This Vinyasa class progressively builds in intensity to generate heat throughout the body and deepen your postures. Begin with a steady warm-up in Crescent Pose and Dancing Warrior, and then transition into an energizing flow including standing hip-openers and twists. Peak in Urdhva Dhanurasana or Wheel Pose with variations. Cool-down to stretch out your muscles with a strap before your final Savasana. This class was previously streamed on July 27, 2021.
